What kind of wax do you use?
We use a premium soy-paraffin wax blend designed to offer the best of both worlds — a clean, consistent burn and outstanding scent throw. Our wax is non-toxic, phthalate-free, and carefully sourced from trusted suppliers for a safe and luxurious candle experience.
Is paraffin safe?
Yes. We use refined, clean-burning paraffin in small amounts to enhance scent performance and burn time. Combined with soy, it creates an exceptional candle that burns evenly and smells amazing.
Do you use essential oils?
We use clean fragrance oils made with essential oil components. They’re specifically formulated for safe candle burning and are free of phthalates, parabens, and petroleum — always California Prop 65 compliant.
Do your candles contain dyes or additives?
Nope! Our candles contain only natural wax, clean fragrance oils, and cotton wicks that are zinc- and lead-free.
What size candle should I use for my space?
One candle works great in bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. For larger rooms or open-concept spaces, we recommend using two or more candles for the best scent coverage.
Can I reuse the candle jars?
Absolutely. Once 1/4” of wax remains, stop burning. Carefully remove leftover wax and wick stickers with a plastic utensil. Soak in hot, soapy water, rinse, and repurpose as desired. Please reuse with care — we are not liable for container repurposing after purchase.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed in 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5 PM EST ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
How much is shipping in the U.S.?
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and other select countries.
How long does international shipping take?
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These are not included in your order total.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order is returned, a 20% restocking fee applies and you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
