$400 event minimum required. Travel fees may apply outside standard service areas.

Welcome to Journey Candle Co! We're thrilled you're considering our workshops. Before you register, take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies:
1) Age Requirements
Our workshops are tailored for adults ages 13 and above. If under require the minor to be accompanied by an adult. We prioritize creating an adult-friendly environment during our Journey candle-making sessions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
2) Timeliness
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, our workshops will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes late, the class will proceed without them, and we will be unable to provide a refund or a separate session. As this is a mobile experience, timely starts are essential to honor both the host and other attendees.
We kindly encourage guests to arrive early to settle in and make the most of their candle-making experience.
3) Cancellation and Rescheduling
For cancellations made 48 hours in advance, contact us via questions@journeycandleco.com. Unfortunately, past the 48 hour timeline we can't offer refunds due to the essential materials and resources have been procured for each event, and their utilization is planned accordingly, minimizing the possibility of repurposing or reuse. However, we'll gladly issue a store credit for the workshop fee or assist with rescheduling.
For cancellations within 48 hours, you can reschedule through your confirmation email or reach out to us for a gift card/class credit equivalent to the class fee. You may reschedule up to 3 times.
Remember, workshops should be booked at least 1 week in advance, and our sessions typically last 1.5 to 2 hours. Groups larger than 15 interested in custom times or special content can contact us at supportteam@journeycandleco.com for private event arrangements.
