📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5 PM EST will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Carrier: USPS Priority Mail (2–5 business days on average)
No signature is required at delivery. If you're not home, your package may be left at a location deemed secure by the carrier. For secure delivery arrangements, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select countries worldwide.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs, VAT, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in your shipping total and must be paid upon delivery, if applicable.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier or for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
🛑 Unclaimed & Returned Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery:

A 20% restocking fee will apply

You’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours.
If an exception is approved, a 5% processing fee will apply.
Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve shipped.
